01Acceptance
By creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you don't, don't use FitRip — that's totally fine.
02Eligibility
You must be 16 or older. If you're under 18, you need parental consent. Coaches must be legitimate fitness professionals — we may ask for credentials.
03Your account
You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything that happens under your account. Don't share login credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password immediately and email us.
04Acceptable use
Don't use FitRip to harass, defraud, or harm anyone. Don't try to break the platform (scraping, exploiting bugs, automated abuse). Don't impersonate other coaches or pretend to have credentials you don't. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.
05Coach-trainee relationship
FitRip is a platform — we don't deliver coaching ourselves. The coach-trainee agreement is between the two of you. We provide the tools and process payments, but disputes about coaching quality are between coach and trainee.
06Payments
We currently accept Vodafone Cash and InstaPay. Subscriptions renew automatically; you can cancel anytime in settings. Refunds are governed by our refund policy.
07Content you post
You keep ownership of plans, transformations, photos, and other content you upload. By uploading, you give FitRip permission to display it on the platform as needed to provide the service.
08Disclaimers
Fitness involves physical risk. Always consult a doctor before starting a new program, especially if you have health conditions. FitRip and the coaches on the platform are not medical professionals — advice is for general fitness, not medical treatment.
09Termination
You can delete your account anytime from settings. We can terminate accounts for violation of these terms. On termination, you can export your data for 30 days before it's deleted.
10Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Disputes are handled in Cairo courts.
