A chat with each client inside FitRip: text, photos, files and voice messages.

On your phone
Tap “Messages” in the bar at the bottom.

In the side menu:Messages

Why it matters

Everything you discuss sits next to their plan and logs, not lost in WhatsApp. And they're notified as soon as you send, if notifications are on.

    Step 1

    Open Messages and pick a client

    You'll see your clients with the last message from each. Tap one, type in “Type a message...” and send. The icons beside it send a photo, a file (PDF, Word, Excel) or a voice message.

Tips

  • Files and photos can be up to 10 MB.
  • The message button on a client's page opens your chat with them directly.
  • Clients you haven't accepted yet don't appear in Messages.

My client isn't replying?

Their notifications may be off. Send them the guide “Install the app and turn on notifications”.
