The exercise library and your own exercises
Over a thousand ready exercises with images and instructions — and you can add your own, with your own videos.
Where to find it
- On your phone
- Tap ☰ at the top, then “My Exercise Library”.

Why it matters
Your clients see exercises done your way, in your voice. And an exercise the library doesn't have only needs adding once to use in every plan.
Steps

Open My Exercise Library
Two tabs: “My exercises” for the ones you created, and “Customized library exercises” for library ones you added your media to. Your storage use is shown at the top.

Add a new exercise
Tap “New exercise of your own”: Arabic and English names, type, muscle, equipment, level and instructions (one step per line). Tap “Save & add photos/videos”, then add a photo, a video up to 30 seconds, or a YouTube link. Tap Done when finished.

Tips
- It's private to you; your clients see it when you put it in their plan.
- Type the name of an exercise the library already has and it offers to add your media to that one instead.
- “Add my media to a library exercise” puts your video and instructions on any library exercise.
- Each exercise holds up to 8 photos and videos, at most 3 of them videos.
Questions people ask
My video is too long?
Videos can be up to 30 seconds and are compressed in your browser before uploading. For longer ones, upload to YouTube as Unlisted and paste the link.
