Where to find it

On your phone
Tap “Messages” in the bar at the bottom.
On a computer
In the side menu:Messages

Why it matters

Your question reaches your coach with your plan and logs right there, so the answer fits you.

    Open Messages

    Your chat with your coach opens straight away. Type in “Type a message...” and send. The icons beside it send a photo, a file (like lab results) or a voice message.

Tips

  • Files and photos can be up to 10 MB.
  • Turn on notifications so your coach's replies reach you right away.

Questions people ask

It says no conversations yet?

Messages work once your coach has accepted you. If you train on your own there's no chat.
