Why it matters

Slow progress doesn't show in the mirror, but it shows in the numbers — and your coach uses your log to tune your plan.

Steps

  1. 1

    Step 1

    Log your day on Home

In Daily Log tap + and − for glasses of water, slide the sleep bar to your hours, and enter your weight. Everything saves by itself.

  2. 2

    Step 2

    Open Progress

At the top: weight lost, average completion, best streak and total workouts. Below: your weight chart, consistency, the last 90 days of activity, weekly volume, how your top exercises are progressing, and your coach's comments.

Tips

  • Weigh yourself in the morning before breakfast so the numbers are comparable.
  • A day counts as trained when you mark all of today's exercises done.
